2 Fast Smart materials to make a quick and good Scatteting Map.

Do not forget to enable the Scattering Channel, and try your best to extract the details when Baking the High Res.
Zbrush Tip for the High Res model: Make a new file then use DECIMATE to reduce like to 35% only, let's say 30M to 4-7M max...
Substance Painter Tip: Increase all samples of all channels, do a 8K bake with 64 AA.

In the screenshots with the sphere mesh it doesn't look to make a big difference, but trust me. On a detailed character or something organic it will for sure! It's subtle by default, but you can tweak in the way you prefer.

Oh, I forgot to mention that it have a roghness break up too! this information goes to SSS channel, but you can make a new layer on top and replace the roughness. (disable the roughness of this smart material in some cases because of the orders of the layer it cannot send this additional information to SSS channel.)
